The stay was excellent. Value for money with good services, cleanliness and location. I liked the security system. But one thing I want to suggest is that you put two water purifiers on each floor in front of the elevator or in the surrounding gallery area and a glass bottle in every room so that we can reduce plastic waste. I understand the management perspective, but I think we should go for management with an environmental conservation perspective. Hundreds of plastic bottles have been dumped daily; that's ridiculous.

The breakfast buffet was elaborate and had different items each day. There were even some vegan options. The staff was very friendly and helpful. After we had a small issue in our room, we were given a different room that was in impeccable condition. Everything was provided in the room (tea, coffee, kettle, water, soap, shampoo, dental kit, shaving kit). The beds were very comfortable!

Experience of staying in H I E was a good, when ever possible I would like to stay in Holliday inn express, infact I inquired about my London stay, my son is in London,best part is it's very satisfying, thanks 👍

The Breakfast could have more variaty. But it is ok for what they are offering now and tasteful. The hotel location is also very convenient.

Would Like mention the names of Mr. Ashish ( Manger) and Mr. Omkar who has supported us whole heartedly out of way during our stay . The way they have solved our small concerns was excellent and impressed to see the IHG inculcates the philosophy of Customer First . Would request the Hotel Sr. Management to appreciate these 2 personnel on our behalf for the support they extended during our stay.

Ritika girl on the front desk was very professional and very polite. Very good dealing and humble person. Breakfast was great and Has more Choices we were looking for. Thanks for everything. 10 stars to Ritika.

-close to our work place (moshi- PIECC exhibition grounds) -easily get local conveyance like auto, cab etc - very friendly staff, and cozy hotel
